Genadij Kurilčik
Physics PhD
The chief expert of design department of LUMO production. In 1994 he graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Physics. Then, he carried out the scientific research in materials of semiconductor. In 2000 year he defended his Doctoral dissertation. Worked in the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
From 2000 to 2008 he worked as a researcher of Materials and Applied Sciences in Vilnius University, took participation in various projects of scientific research. He presented more than 40 articles in refereed scientific journals together with his co-authors; presented their scientific achievements in 42 conferences.
Research area: semiconductors and their laser spectroscopy of nanostructures; engineering of light devices of semiconductors; characterization of light emitting diodes for development of solid-state lighting; engineering of IT and microelectronics, application of semiconductor lighting in biotechnology.
Natalija Ryškevič
Physics PhD
The expert of design department of organic light emitting diodes and Biotechnologies of LUMO production. In 2002 she graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Physics. Then, she carried out scientific researches in application of organic light emitting diodes and biotechnology. In 2007 a doctoral dissertation was defended. Since 1997 she has been working in Materials Science and Applied Science Institute in Vilnius University. Also, together with her co-authors, she presented more than 20 research papers in international journals, as well as more than 20 reports in scientific conferences.
Research area: aplication of fluorescent in biochemistry, biology, and medicine; spectroscopic characterization of organic materials and light emitting diodes (OLED); application of light emitting diodes in fluorescent detectors.
